Location MAIN After School Club. 3.30 - 5.30, Mon-Thur Term Time.
Description

Volunteers needed on various days - Mon-Thurs between 3.30-5.30 and to support children with an Autistic Spectrum Condition & additional need within various social groups and after school clubs.
Organise sporting activities, arts & crafts and team games. Gain Knowledge and understanding of Autistic Spectrum Conditions and how to support children and young people.

This opportunity will assist you in gaining the following skills:

  • Planning/Organising
  • Communication Skills

Training will be provided by the organisation for this position:

Basic Autism Awareness. Safeguarding. Chance to gain accredited training after minimum quaifiying period/hours.

Essential: Enhanced DBS (police check).

Desirable: Interest in working with children with Autism.
