Location We have a number of sites across Redcar and Cleveland that requires volunteers, these are: Flatts Lane Woodland Country Park, Guisborough Forest & Walkway, Kirkleatham Museum Grounds, Errington Woods, Foxrush Farm Community Woodland, and Saltburn Valley.
Description

Enjoy being in the beautiful outdoors? Do you want to be a part of developing the Borough’s natural assets? Duties vary depending on location; these include creating and maintaining paths and habitats, support to develop the gardens and woodlands, tree planting, vegetation removal, digging, pond work, grass cutting, fencing repairs and much more.

This opportunity will assist you in gaining the following skills:

  • Communication Skills

Training will be provided by the organisation for this position:

In-house training includes Health and Safety around the site and use of different tools.
