Description

Are you willing to listen without telling someone what to do? Would you like to be part of a supportive team?
This role involves offering a Person Centred Approach to listening to people who come to the drop in.
This may or may not involve;
• Offering access to internet or other information which is relevant to the individual’s situation.
• Accompanying individuals to appointments/hospital access and withdrawal
• Doing small errands on a temporary basis e.g. where an individual is incapacitated and unable manage this

This opportunity will assist you in gaining the following skills:

Training will be provided by the organisation for this position:

6 training sessions on creating a safe space for self and others and listening skills
