Description

Would you like to share your personal or professional experience to help another person achieve their potential? Would you like to be part of a supportive team?
This role involves listening to people who volunteer at the drop in.
Helping volunteers to articulate their reasons and goals for volunteering and to facilitate achieving these, offering support and encouragement where needed.

This opportunity will assist you in gaining the following skills:

  • Teamwork
  • Advice and Guidance
  • Interpersonal/Confidence

Training will be provided by the organisation for this position:

6 training sessions on how to create a safe space for self and others and listening skills
