To interview clients and use Citizens Advice policies, procedures and information systems to give options depending on the clients rights and responsibilities. Volunteers will build confidence, give face to face client support, and receive Nationally recognised volunteering that will have transfereable skills to most Legal and Social sectors. Volunteers must commit to two sessions per week or one full day a week.

Training will be provided by the organisation for this position:

Comprehensive training undertaken it takes about 4 months to train to be a generalist adviser and then a further 6 months to complete the generalist certificate programme.

We are unable to reimburse travel expenses
