Middlesbrough Art Week 2025 Volunteer

Middlesbrough Art Week is back for its 8th edition and takes place across Middlesbrough town centre. It runs for a full week of exhibitions, talks, workshops, performances, events and exciting public interventions.

Are you ready to be a part of an unforgettable experience? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to help make it happen!

As a volunteer, you'll play a vital role in creating a vibrant atmosphere and ensuring that attendees have a fantastic time. Whether you're a seasoned event volunteer or new to the scene, we welcome all to be a part of our dedicated team.

What will you be doing?

Assisting attendees.
Answering queries about artworks and the wider festival programme. Directing attendees to venues across Middlesbrough.
Assisting with the set up and take down of workshops.
Assisting attendees at workshops.

We can pay your travel expenses within Tees Valley, and you'll receive a meal or a meal voucher up to £10, when you volunteer for a day or evening shift.
