This opportunity invites volunteers to support the running of our Christmas event, ensuring it is inclusive, accessible, and filled with festive spirit for all who attend.
Volunteers at our Christmas event will play a key role in creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for all families. Duties will include:
- setting up and decorating the venue
- registering families on arrival
- supporting and guiding guests to their seats in the cinema screen
- handing out film snacks.
- Volunteers will also assist families whose children or young people may need to regulate outside the screening,
- help set up Santa’s Corner,
- support with crowd management and distribution of Santa’s gifts.
At the close of the event, volunteers will work together to clean and reset the venue, ensuring it is left as we found it. This is a rewarding opportunity to share the festive spirit while making the event accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
