- Reduced social isolation
- Timely access to support around health and wellbeing
- Increased knowledge of a range of community activities, events and services
- Improved wellbeing
- Improved engagement and academic performance
- Improved retention and academic success
You will work with students on a one-to-one basis on Teams to signpost them to a range of community and university activities, events and services, that are suportive of their wellbeing. Students will have been referred to the Social Prescribing Service or they may have self-referred.
You will receive training following the curriculum taught to NHS social prescribers, before you begin working with students one to one.
