As a Librarian of things you will help with the day to day activities of the library. The main thing is to be a friendly welcoming person.

What You'll Do: 
  • Welcome and help people who come to borrow / return items.
  • Check the condition of items before and after borrowing.
  • Answer  questions / help promote the library to people passing by our desk in the Creation gallery
  • Help with maintaining the items in the library where appropriate
  • Potentially help us with social media promotion if interested
  • Potentially help us run workshops on sustainable crafts and other topics
  • We will train you on all policies and procedures but they are not too tricky
