What You'll Do: 

Westfield Farm Garden volunteers will help maintain the front and rear grounds of the farm to ensure it looks presentable and tidy for the community and visitors. Tasks: Planting, nurturing and maintaining flowers, fruit and vegetables, sometimes from seeds.Creating hanging basketsWeeding of flower beds and plantersEveryday tiding of areasSometimes working as a group on the upkeep of the gardensCompostingWatering of the garden during summer monthsCleaning of equipment after use Core skills required for the post: Good CommunicationBe able to work as part of a tea,Have a flexible approachReliableKnowledge of some gardening (this is not essential as training will be given)  Minimum commitment for this role is 1 hour per week
