What You'll Do: 

Purpose of Your RoleThe purpose of this role is to provide FRADE staff with in-store support by assisting with the day-to-day running of our stores in order to maximise our sales and profitability. Duties Include•Assist and serve customers, providing a good standard of customer service.•Assist with processing FRADE stock, including sorting, pricing and cleaning of donated items.•Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and well organised. Core Skills Required •The ability to work to instruction.•Good communication skills.•Good customer service skills.•Be polite and friendly.•Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
