Purpose of role: To assist in providing admin support within our main office buildings in various departments. Tasks: Answering the phone/dealing with initial enquiries and taking messagesMaking up client packsCompleting evaluationsPhotocopying/scanning/printingSending out lettersData InputtingCompleting eligibility formsAssisting with other routine admin tasks as necessary Core skills required for the post: Good communication skillsReliable and consistentFriendlySome knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to use own initiativeBe able to work as part of a teamUndertaking a current Level 2 Admin qualification (Desirable)
