Streetwise Opera is an award-winning charity that uses music to help homeless people make positive changes in their lives. We do this through a weekly music programme in homeless centres and in arts and community venues across England and Wales and by staging critically-acclaimed opera productions starring our homeless performers alongside professionalsWe are looking for a new Workshop Volunteer to help at our Explore Singing and Acting sessions on a Friday.Duties would include handing out song sheets and information sheets, assisting with refreshments during the break, supporting Workshop Leaders. You would be expected to participate fully in the singing and acting workshops. Applicants should be free between 2pm and 4pm on Fridays and ideally be able to make a regular commitment, we are looking for people to start from 16 January.Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or if you think that this would be something you would be interested in!
