What You'll Do: 

During the coronavirus pandemic Healthwatch Darlington have been using social media to share health & care information with service users who are online.We would love to welcome new volunteers to support us with our use of social media as we continue to reach out to service users across the Autumn/Winter months of 2020. Why join us & who are we looking for?Why? You will make a difference & help others using social mediaYou will gain invaluable experience within the health & care sectorYou will be joining a friendly volunteering group and will meet new peopleYou will gain recognition and feel valuedYou will have access to free training opportunitiesYou will have support from our Senior Volunteer & Outreach CoordinatorWho? You will be confident and comfortable using online video platforms such as ZoomYou will have excellent communication (written) & listening skillsYou will have IT skills and access to a device for the purpose of volunteeringYou will have a keen interest in health & careYou will be confident at using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with creative ideasYou will enjoy graphic design and using marketing techniques
