Join Changing Futures Fostering! And help children across Teesside find a safe home.

What You'll Do:

We are looking for students to advice and consult on our new organisational endeavour. Changing Futures North East ( a charity helping children in care) has developed the sister company, Changing Futures Fostering (CFF). CFF is looking to develop its marketing and communication strategy to start recruiting foster carers. Lots of different types of people can foster but sometimes they don't know they can due to their circumstances such as not being a homeowner or in a relationship. Our communications strategy will need to focus on showing people who don't think they can foster, that they can! Our social media officer will advise on the following areas,-Developing Changing Futures Fostering social media platforms ( Facebook & Twitter). This means helping to create content ideas with the rest of the team and planning short social media campaigns around areas such as the organisational launch with our help.-Creating catchy tag lines and phrases to help engage people who might not think they can be a foster carer.-Support the Changing Futures Fostering team to create a marketing strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to put into practise course skills/theory . This role and experience can be used as part of a course module or/ and as part of your portfolio .
