Volunteers will attend Carers Together walks alongside Carers Together staff to provide a safe and enjoyable walks for carers and the person they care for. Volunteers may also plan and develop walks for carers
Carers Together events and activities are a valuable opportunity for carers to meet other carers and share experiences about their caring role as well as enjoying the mental and physical benefits of walking and being outside.
- Lead or provide back support on Carers Together walks
- Ensuring all attendees feel included and welcome
- Administration duties including attendance lists
- Volunteers may also have the skills and would like to may also plan, develop, reccie and risk asses walks for carers
We offer free 12 hour training courses to members of the local community from all backgrounds to learn about domestic abuse, challenge the stereotypes surrounding it and how to listen to, believe and direct survivors to support.
To provide peace of mind to the parents or relatives of people with learning disabilities. Ensuring that advice, support, and information are available in a timely fashion. All application to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org
