Why You'll Love It:
Within all of our teams, we have hands-on but flexible opportunities to support Autistic, ADHD and people with other neurodivergence. With community at the heart of Tees Valley Buddies, it allows for a comfortable and enjoyable environment.

Neuronormative practices and experiences above deficits and pathologization
Inclusivity and new ways to create equity
What We're Looking For:
A part time individual or two individuals to split the responsibilities.
We're looking for someone empathetic and equally organised and reliable, and adaptable in working within a neurodivergent environment. Clear and open communication is vital.
