Climate Ambassadors support Climate Action Middlesbrough to reduce the town's footprint and raise awareness of the need for climate action. TO APPLY... please complete and return the form, which can be found at the bottom of the summary section -->.
As a Climate Ambassador, you’ll play an important part in the spreading CAM’s message and reaching people across the town. Climate action doesn’t have to be a formal thing; sometimes a conversation is enough to plant a seed... and this is at the heart of the Climate Ambassador role.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging with the public about climate change, its impact, and how they be a part of the movement to stop it.
- Championing the university’s commitment to tackling climate change and inspiring other students to do the same.
- Supporting Climate Action Middlesbrough’s events and campaigns to help them achieve their full potential.
Full training will be provided and you don’t have to be doing a climate-related course to get involved.
