Role Summary: The Volunteer Fundraising Administrator Role is to support the fundraising team with administrative support such as producing thank you letters and helping with event administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls taking/relaying messages for the team
- Assist with the production of thank you letters to our supporters
- Taking post to the Post Office, when appropriate
- Assist with preparation for events as required
- Keeping internal information confidential and respecting staff members
- Conducting research to support the fundraising team
- Producing

- Good Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
- A strong understanding of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
Training requirements:
As a Volunteer Fundraising Administrator, we can offer you:

Support and Supervision:
Your first line of support will be your manager will be a member of the Community and Events Fundraising team
Communications:
The Community and Events Fundraisers will regularly provide you with any information updates, training opportunities and upcoming events appropriate to your role.
