About the Role: We’re currently looking for volunteers to support our Open Access Youth Hub on Monday evenings, from 4pm to 6:30pm and for our Girls Rising Youth Club on Wednesday Evenings, from 4pm to 6:30pm (female volunteers only).

We are also recruiting volunteers to assist with our Holiday Hub programs, which includes themed activities during school half terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help organise and lead engaging activities, games, and crafts.
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with young people and act as a role model.
  • Create a safe, welcoming environment for young people to feel comfortable.
  • Ensure that all participants follow the Hub’s rules.
  • Support the safeguarding of all young people involved.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with young people and making a difference in the community.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personalities.
  • Reliable volunteers who can commit to Monday evenings.
  • Volunteers who can travel to Meath Street, Middlesbrough.
  • Applicants must be 16 years or older.

Why Volunteer with Us?

  • Develop valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Gain confidence and experience working with children and young people.
  • Make a meaningful contribution to the community and have fun while doing it!
  • Receive training and full support from our dedicated team.
