Redcar Kite Festival returns to the skies above Majuba Beach. Our free family-friendly festival will welcome some of the largest and most spectacular kites in the world, so come and join the fun this summer!

What You'll Do: 
  • be a Festival Ambassador, communicating the programme to visitors and directing them to performances, workshops and events.
  • work with zone managers to support kite-fliers and performers.
  • assist artists with delivering their workshops.
  • support visitors with any access needs.
  • help site dress the town centre - 8am - 10am

And you'll enhance your CV. We can pay your travel expenses, and you'll receive a meal or a meal voucher up to £10 when you volunteer for a full shift.
What You'll Learn: 
Once you have signed up to be part of Tees Valley Festivals Volunteering you will receive training in Customer Service, Health & Safety, Inclusivity & Accessibility, and Carbon Literacy. You can also get involved in some exciting creative community art and music workshops which will be running across the Tees Valley. And you can earn, and take part in our wonderful new Badge Skills Awards Programme.
What We're Looking For:
