ABOUT US: 

The Citizens Advice Bureau gives independent confidential advice. We strive to ensure equality and diversity and we action social policy issues nationally. We have voluntary positions for Receptionists - to work on the reception volunteer team as the first point of call for clients debt support workers - to support the debt team via contacting creditors and negotiating payments + other clerical work to maintain case work. Administration worker - to work with the admin team on day to day running of the bureau. IT team - to work with the IT team on the website, blogs, face book , twitter and promoting the service social policy team - to work with the team to gather information on social issues to make changes on a local and national level events worker - to promote the service at local events
