We have a new group in Thornaby which meets weekly every Wednesday evening at Thornaby Methodist Church.(TS17 9DZ) We support people (over 18) going through feelings of depression and anxiety. We currently need both volunteer facilitators and peers to attend. "People start to heal the moment they feel heard"...
ABOUT US: 

Peer Talk is a national mental health charity-supporting people with feelings of depression and anxiety-and associated feelings.

Our forums enable people to meet others who are going through similar life issues.

We support improved self-worth and help to combat isolation and loneliness.

 

WHY OUR WORK MATTERS: 

Our work matters because every one of us matters.

 

You are not on your own. And its NOT your fault.

Anyone over 18 can attend-without appointment-We have no waiting lists.
