We run various singing groups across the NE that help people raise confidence and improve their mental health and wellbeing. We have recently secured funding via the lottery to offer fully funded groups in Thornaby from April.
It helps people of different backgrounds come together and help their mental health by singing, we support people in isolation, people with anxiety , People in the nuerodiverse community, people in the LGBTQ+ community and people with depression to make new lifelong friends doing something they love.
We simply want caring approachable people who are passionate about helping people in our community.
We are the only group thst offers peer support to people who are not able to join traditional choirs whilst we also support them in their lives by building a community and giving back to members to improve their lives.
