Teesside University is a Higher Education Institution and as such required by the Office for Students (OfS) to publish an Access and Participation Plan (APP). The OfS describe an APP as ‘Access and participation plans set out how higher education providers will improve equality of opportunity for students from disadvantaged backgrounds to access, succeed in, and progress from higher education.’
- Access and Participation activities help tackle inequalities not only in access to Higher Education but also in continuation, completion, attainment and progress. It can change lives.
We are looking for volunteers who wanting gain expereince of working collaboratively with the university and who are confident in speaking within in-person or on-line meetings
