If you are unable to help at the £1 Clothing Sale, then please come to the sale and snap up some bargains. The sale is in line with the Sustainable Futures Strategy and supports the cost-of-living crisis. Ladies, men’s and children clothes, shoes and accessories will be available to buy – cash sales only…….and bring your own bag!
Recording Hours 2024-25
Please can you ensure that you add your volunteering hours on a regular basis during this academic year – a weekly or monthly basis would be great. Please do not leave your hours for the full academic year until the end of the year, as it sometime difficult for your approver to authorise yours hour, if they have to back track over a number of months. Thanks in advance for your support with this.
Applying for Opportunities
Please remember to carefully consider any opportunities before applying through our Volun-tees platform. Please make sure you are able to commit to the role description, complete any relevant questions or application forms that are attached and don’t apply unless you are fully committed! This is to ensure that organisations do not get disappointed with applications that don’t progress and focus on providing support to ones that are able to commit. We suggest you make a shortlist of the organisation and opportunities, see which roles appeal to you the most and apply for no more than 3 roles at any one time! If you need advice, please email volunteering@tees.ac.uk
