COVID Testing Meet and Greet Volunteer

What You'll Do: 

The meet and greet volunteers will provide support to people who are attending for COVID tests. These tests are for people who do NOT have symptoms of COVID 19.  Role: To provide a friendly welcome to people as they arrive for their test. To direct people to the correct area of the building/room for their test. To answer any questions or concerns people may have about the process of the test itself. To help ensure an efficient flow of people into the venue, while respecting social distancing. To identify people who may require assistance eg: wheelchair or other support.Training: Catalyst Induction training. Site specific training. Training on effective use of PPE. Any ongoing training identified through the duration of this project. Commitment/ schedule: Volunteers are required for the following shifts- Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday- 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday- 10am-2pm or 2-6pm.  The test centres are initially open for 6 weeks, although this may be extended. We ask volunteers to commit to at least 1x 4 hours shift per week.
