We’re looking for a Trustees with a strong background in one or more of the following:
- legal practice, governance, or regulatory compliance
- marketing, branding, communications
- empowering youth voice

What You'll Do: 

You will play a vital role in overseeing and safeguarding the assets, operations, and mission of Tees Valley YMCA. You will be responsible for working with the board in making strategic decisions, ensuring legal and financial compliance, and acting in the best interests of the young people we serve.
