Course Representatives are elected representatives for each course.
Course Representatives form an essential two way communication link between students and University staff and are part of a University-wide system which ensures that students are effectively represented at all levels.Course Representatives work with the relevant academic staff and School Representatives on any issues affecting students on the course. For example:• Facilities• Course materials• Timetabling• Clashes on submission dates. Course Representatives are in place for two reasons:• To give the student perspective on any issues that may arise and to provide feedback through the appropriate channels to ensure that improvements can be made. • To offer positive feedback to the University and to ensure that developments and successes are shared with their fellow students.
