What You'll Do: 

Volunteers are needed to provide advice to members of the public on a range of legal matters, including welfare benefits, housing, family, immigration, employment, debt and consumer problems (please note this work involves extensive training). Duties will include interviewing members of the public, looking up information and giving advice. Volunteers are required to commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week over two half day sessions. We provide a comprehensive accredited training programme that will give you the skills you need to deliver a high quality service to clients. Travel expenses are reimbursed.Volunteers are also required to attend Workers Meetings (every second Wednesday of the month: 1pm - 3pm.
