What You'll Do: 

This role is to support the smooth running of the IT Suite at Westfield Farm. The Farm is a one-stop-shop that provides the kind of high quality advice, guidance, training and support that helps people get back into work. We’re even set up as a UK Online Centre, giving people access to the internet.We are looking for people who can provide valuable help by sharing their skills, experience and time with Westfield Farm customers to help them prepare for work by supporting them to navigate recruitment processes and job searches. The support jobseekers require will vary. Tasks: Dealing with the public in a friendly, supportive and helpful mannerProvide service users with refreshments while using IT suitSupport the Westfield Farm Co-ordinator as directed and requiredAssist with access to computerKeep areas tidyAssist to complete online job applicationsAssist to complete job searchesAssist with CV’S using resources provideSignposting to other servicesProvide a warm welcome to all visitors Core skills required for the post: Good communication skillsConfident at working with different peopleA working understanding of Email, internet, formatting documents and social mediaBe able to explain processes to a mixed ability of IT usersAbility to use own initiativeReliable and trustworthy Level of commitment for this role is 4 hours per week 10am-2pm Mon-Fri
