What You'll Do: 

Are you a people person? Enjoy meeting and talking to new people about exciting opportunities? The Volunteer Recruitment Co-ordinator role is for an exuberant and confident person who is passionate about the support volunteering can provide to children and young people. With the support of the Fundraising Committee the Volunteer Recruitment Co-ordinator will engage with a range of people to recruit them for our volunteering roles and upcoming events.The new role within our organisation is crucial in Changing Futures projects being sustainable for many children, young people and families! With over 50 volunteers, helping out in our charity, your role will be important in recruiting a bigger team!This role will opportunities to network with staff members, the CEO, businesses' , community groups to create a 'buzz' around the volunteering opportunities and their benefits!A main part of your responsibilities will include researching and attending recruitment/community events representing our charity. Promoting our volunteering opportunities to different groups of people and feeding back on responses at the Fundraising Committee meetings. Your role will be part of the Fundraising Committee which will meet every 2 weeks for 2 hours. If you are creative, enthusiastic, organised and work well within a team this is a real opportunity for you to make a lasting impact in the community.
