What You'll Do: 

Citizens Advice volunteers come from a range of backgrounds, and volunteer with us for different reasons. Our volunteer roles are varied, challenging and rewarding and our volunteers really enjoy being able to make a valuable contribution and a positive impact on people’s lives. Our volunteers give confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, to help our clients resolve their problems.By volunteering with Citizens Advice you’ll:make a real difference to people’s lives and have a positive impact on your communitylearn about a range of issues that affect our clients including benefits and debtbuild on valuable skills such as communication and problem solvingmeet new people from a range of backgrounds.We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds
