Purpose of your Role The purpose of this role is to provide in-store support to FRADE staff working in our Community Emporium. To assist staff with the day to day running of the store, speaking to customers and organising stock and merchandise.

What You'll Do: 

Duties include:

•To assist and serve customers, providing a service of the highest standard.

•To assist with processing Emporium stock, including sorting, pricing and cleaning of donated items.

•Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and well organised. •Provide excellent customer service and be on hand to help customers with any questions or queries.
