Overview of the role: Volunteer Administrators support our managers, especially our volunteer managers to organise and run the organisation by undertaking important administrative tasks. Expected Time Commitment: 8-10 hours per month.
What You'll Do:
What you would be involved in?
- Arranging internal organisational meetings, training courses and service specific functions
- Arranging travel and other logistics.
- Supporting recruitment activity including arranging interviews for new potential volunteers.
- Assisting with the collation of documents to be processed by other departments.
- Computerised record keeping of personal and organisational data.
- Other administrative and support duties to keep the organisation functioning.
