Poppy Tea Rooms is a unique museum tea room located within a World War 1 museum. Our visitors can enjoy delicious tea and cakes while exploring exhibits about the history of the museum and the impact of World War 1 on tea culture.

What You'll Do: 

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the tea room and provide information about the tea room and museum exhibits • Assist customers in selecting items from the menu and answering any questions they may have about the tea room or museum exhibits • Take customer orders and process payment transactions • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers • Ensure the tea room and serving areas are kept clean and tidy • Communicate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service • Provide excellent customer service and respond to any customer concerns or feedback • Help with other duties as assigned, such as restocking supplies or assisting with special events
