As a Sales Assistant Volunteer you will be at the till, serving customers as the friendly face of your shop. You will help people facing poverty around the world by giving great customer service and making donors and customers feel welcome.

What You'll Do: 

Come and joint the team in our busy town centre charity shop, operating over 2 floors and selling clothing, accessories, homewares and linens, with a large books, movies and music room and also vintage and bridal departments. We are one of the largest Oxfam shops in the UK. It is a very interesting and enjoyable workspace with a very friendly team. Volunteers who manage the tills and look after the shop floor play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere in the shop. They are the main point of contact with our customers and donors.

We’ll give you ongoing training and support so that you can feel right at home as part of the Oxfam Community!
