You'll learn about event management, gain in confidence, develop your customer service skills, discover new performers and artists and be at the heart of the Festival. You'll be connecting with and supporting your local community, helping others have a great time and make the festival a success. You'll learn about different career opportunities and enhance your CV.

Enthusiasm and a smile. A can-do attitude. Responsibility and reliability. Set-up is an active role, but can be carried out by anyone who can walk around the gardens. The site is accessible for wheelchair users and buggies. If you have any questions about access, please ask.
