Delivery Van Assistant

Purpose of your RoleThe purpose of this role is to provide support to FRADE furniture and Goods Delivery staff.  This may include the collection and/or delivery of goods to our local stores and to a wide range of clients and customers who are living in the Middlesbrough, Stockton, Darlington and Northallerton areas.   Duties include:•To assist FRADE Delivery Operatives with the loading and unloading of vans.•To assist Staff with delivering large household furniture and white goods to locations within our operating area.•To review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, items are correct and the customer is satisfied.•To follow delivery routes and time schedules.•To provide excellent customer service to our customers. Core Skills:•The ability to work to instruction•Excellent planning and organisational skills•Good communication skills•Be physically fit, able to lift/carry large items and be able to cope with the demands of the role
