Purpose of Your RoleThe purpose of this role is to provide reception and call handling support to FRADE office staff. This may include answering a steady stream of telephone calls, arranging delivery appointments, answering customer queries and any other in-bound calls. Duties Include•Handling in-bound telephone calls.•Recording customer details and scheduling delivery appointments.•Taking telephone messages and forwarding them to appropriate members of staff.•Dealing with customer questions and queries in a professional manner.•To provide excellent customer service and be helpful to customers. Core Skills•The ability to work to instruction.•Good verbal and written communication skills.•Good time management and organisation skills.•The ability to work independently or in a team.
