Assist Women's Network are seeking a volunteer who can give some time every month to helping with the core functions of the back office administration. We are an incredibly friendly team, who seek to upskill every volunteer who works with us.

What You'll Do: 

Key Duties
•    Managing agendas
•    Taking minutes at meetings
•    Uploading information on to Slack
•    Correspondence to different groups within the network
•    Coordination of diaries and schedules
•    Administration
•    Communication via email, copying in the relevant member
•    Providing regular updates to the team
•    Acting as internal point of contact for any correspondence and questions

 

Person Specification
•    Previous experience within administration
•    A competent IT user, with sound experience across all Microsoft Office, Zoom and Slack
•    Ability to converse confidently with a wide range of people
•    Outstanding organisational skills
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Attention to detail
•    Confidentiality
