Overview of the role: Volunteer Administrators support our managers, especially our volunteer managers to organise and run the organisation by undertaking important administrative tasks. Expected Time Commitment: 8-10 hours per month.

What You'll Do: 

What you would be involved in?

  • Arranging internal organisational meetings, training courses and service specific functions
  • Arranging travel and other logistics.
  • Supporting recruitment activity including arranging interviews for new potential volunteers.
  • Assisting with the collation of documents to be processed by other departments.
  • Computerised record keeping of personal and organisational data.
  • Other administrative and support duties to keep the organisation functioning.
