The role will be varied and include acting as first point of contact to any drop ins (women that access the liberty service) and would be there to direct the person to the right member of staff. The time in between you will be making up hygiene & food packs, sorting clothing and making warm drinks for service users. There will also be some admin tasks which include making resources for the various projects, such as emotion wheels.
